Research Briefing Note: Ethereum’s Dencun Upgrade
The Dencun upgrade, scheduled for 13th March 2024, will bring the long-awaited Proto-DankSharding (EIP-4844) to the Ethereum network, improving data availability and reducing transaction fees. In addition, there will be another 9 EIPs that will form part of the upgrade. This research note summarizes the impact of the pertinent EIPs on staking.
