Andrew is a senior finance professional offering over 15 years of experience in finance and risk management. He has worked in both digital assets start-ups and at large international financial institutions. Prior to joining Twinstake, Andrew spent 10 years at JP Morgan.

Harriet brings 18+ years of experience driving commercial growth across traditional finance and blockchain, from over a decade in derivatives roles at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch to leading growth and strategic initiatives for the MetaMask product group at ConsenSys.

Joaquin brings derivatives, structured products and financial solutions expertise from his 15-year sales career across several tier1 investment banks, including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. He has also led the institutional sales & product effort at crypto baskets exchange Trakx.io.

Matan is a strategic leader with engineering, product, and business expertise, developed at Nethermind and Twinstake, and holds a First-Class Honours MEng from Imperial College London.

Borys combines a strong background in business strategy and leadership with deep expertise in the Ethereum ecosystem, gained during his time at Nethermind. As a former program manager, he played a key role in driving organisational growth and scaling initiatives.

Jennifer brings 15 years of international commercial and intellectual property legal experience across diverse industries. At Boston Consulting Group, she served as Director and Managing Counsel, driving the company's growth. Before this, she worked at Airbus, where she led legal support for Skywise, a groundbreaking digital service.
